Living in HOpe

We are introduced to HOpe Psychiatric Centre through its good-natured care providers, and gradually patients come forward to share their stories about why they happen to be at HOpe Centre.

Some patients we thought had gone home to resume their lives are already back at HOpe Centre and we begin to understand there is no perfect solution for dealing with mental health issues.

Drug use by young adults may unmask an underlying mental illness. The care providers at HOpe struggle to get youth patients back on track and encourage them to manage their lifestyles better.

Familiar patients are going home, new faces arrive.
