Dan travels to Yemen to reveal an ancient city of skyscrapers made of mud. He then explores the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, where society dreamt of reforming criminals into decent men, only to find their techniques made them mad. (5 of 8)

Dan explores Mumbai's luxurious Taj Hotel (site of the November terrorist attacks), a fantasy castle in Germany, and a Roman playground devoted to hedonism in Pompeii. (6 of 8)
