As he explores Ireland’s culture and history, Nesbitt visits places close to his heart, uncovers wonders he didn’t even know existed, and makes new friends in one of the most welcoming places in the world. Each week provides a different view of Irish life as the affable and witty Nesbitt takes us behind-the scenes at iconic landmarks, including the Giant’s Causeway and Dublin’s Temple Bar, and uncovers hidden treasures like the dungeons of Cahir Castle. But at the centre of the series are the people he meets along the way: fishermen, farmers, shopkeepers, brewers, artists, actors and publicans who, with warm Irish charm, are keen to share their stories.
