Nikolai Lugansky in Recital
Nicolai Lugansky displays his virtuosity on the piano, his depth of interpretation and the sensitivity of his playing at the Fêtes Musicales in Touraine. A regular figure at the great classical music festivals, the Russian pianist also performs frequently with top orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra. At this opening concert, Lugansky's mastery of works by Chopin, Franck, Rachmaninoff and Prokofiev is especially brilliant.
